I have a 2014 Tacoma off-road and it was way too damn expensive and my wife works for a company that also owns a few dealerships = discount.
I drive in snow, mud, plenty of dirt roads checking traps, duck hunting, fly fishing in the mountains of Maine and NH. I’ve never needed anything crazy lifted or real damn fancy. Marketing at its best.
If you need a four door truck you might as well get a minivan. Otherwise your just pretending.
I would have got another Jeep but my wife didn’t really like me piling up dead beavers, mink and foxes next to my son. Not to mention it was pretty horrible on gas and the new ones are aimed more at women. All the fancy sh*t is lost on me. I’d rather have roll up windows and drain plugs.

I agree with everything besides the minivan I couldn't haul jack without a bed haha and I have to have back seats I'm sure you know. Mines extended cab.

Somewhere around 90ft lb of torque. It’ll do a wheelie in first gear no problem. So if you got a fast hand your gonna end up on your ass.

Ha by the way the two girls that followed me home were in a green Mini Cooper. Lol. I pulled in my driveway and they stopped at the end still in the road. Of course my wife walks out just as soon as I pulled up. Obviously she heard me flying down the road. Girls beeped and drove off.

lol, my 2500 has roll up windows! That is just fine with me. I like Toyota trucks. My first car/truck was a 1983 4wd truck. One of may favorites was a 1993 T100 reg cab 4wd. That little truck would go just about anywhere. They are pricey but they hold up well.
