All the time. I love duck hunting. I’ve never eaten a duck raised for food though. I don’t like duck eggs either. They’re my wife’s otherwise I wouldn’t have them since they make a mess of water bowls.LOL you ever process and eat a duck?
What did you do with him? I know what they are but do they even mess with chickens?View attachment 1514365 View attachment 1514366 Anybody ever try and domesticate a wild animal? Or a ringtail in my case?
Lol
My dad caught this one at his house with the trap. He decided he was going to tame it lol I told him if it messes with the chickens we will know what grilled Ringtail tastes like. He's in a pen with water and a pear to munch on.What did you do with him? I know what they are but do they even mess with chickens?
Cool deal. I just read about em and it says they can be easily tamed and can be just like a cat.My dad caught this one at his house with the trap. I saw that and showed my pops, then he said he'll have it on his shoulder with a whistle in no time lolCool deal. I just read about em and it says they can be easily tamed and can be just like a cat.
The vet won't be opposed to keeping the Ringtail? He's definitely still young and has a lot of growing to do. I gave it a dust bath yesterday. Handling him with thick welding gloves.Be working on taming it for trips to vet. That whole family is prone to all the dog and cat illnesses that otherwise making keeping them dicey. Vaccinations.
