I've taken to watering my birds in goat size water buckets (2gal uprights) in an attempt to keep clean drinking water in front of them for at least two seconds without the ducks climbing in and pooping in it. They still get it filthy, but at least they don't swim in it. Progress.

If I didn't like the ducks so much, I'd sell out of them again. They're a lot of work, especially in the winter.

Lol. They are a mess. I have other water bowls on top of cinder blocks for the same reason and yep they still fill them with mud, grass etc.
I fill the pool and the bowls. Ducks swim in the bowl and chickens drink from the pool.

Ditto. I wish they wouldn't; I had one of my young Chanteclers drown in the pool earlier this year. I need to make some sort of step to put in it.

I’ve never had a chicken drown in the pool. I do have to fish some toads out every now and then.

That's nice and all...but where do I hookup the gooseneck?
This right here took massive amounts of work, 1 excursion, and 1 F-350. If they didn't keep the 6.4L diesel engine, my jimmies will get russeled.
Wait something about that front fender tells me they used a newer F350.
Sdm I'm gonna need you to find out if this beast has the 6.7L pretty please.
