Swap legs an use the nylon clinch cords. Make sure they ain't nothing around them that will cause issues or Other birds teasing them.

All should be peachy, just keep an eye out.

Nope sure ain't it could always be worse though. I trapped 18 coons haven't seen anything in a few months but I always keep em baited just incase.

Oh no not at all no birds missing since I started trapping just cords that I can't find. I don't keep but one bird on a cord all day an night and that's the kelso bull stag. The others go out 4-5 times a week on cords or to get messed with but I don't leave them they all go back in pens.

You’re not leaving them on cords permanently so I think they’ll be fine.
