Thank you Kathy! I was beginning to feel awfully ignored.
I just got this roo and boy is he pink legged. I've never seen it on my marans roos legs, but I am guessing that is because they are dark already. However on a yellow legged delaware - - - it is really noticable. This boy does some crazy "s" motion of his head whenever I come around too. . . . I suspect this is hormone / body language issue ( like warning me to stay away).
I've done the usual - - worming and dipping and inspecting. . . He is in quarantine and will stay there for 30 days . .. . I hope he gets over the "S" shaking of his head when I finally give him some hens.
