These were the first few eggs I got from my hen! She was clearly a little frazzled and had to take her time figuring things out!

A chickens first egg would be when she's still a pullet(under a year of age).

My first 'home grown' egg was from a hen(I started with a flock of adult birds)
and she wasn't confused at all,
because the cockbird showed her where to lay in the 'new to them' coop.

Sorry...playing with words(but with some semantics education)
