I kept two silver duckwing chicks from your eggs and based on their markings picked pullets. I was right! Both are now getting in those lovely pullet chest feathers They're so tiny though, even tinier than the serama I kept from your eggs. Of course I did choose a larger serama chick to keep, so that's probably why, lol.

Oh yeah! I've been meaning to ask you about them. I have several SDWs that are smaller than my seramas but I've mostly gotten rid of the larger seramas now. Post some pics when you get a chance.

She was being a butt, so this is the best I could get:

I think I'll keep them in with my spangleds. No idea what colors I'll get from that pairing! I might go play with a genetics calculator to see.

I figured I was being willfully ignorant. Guess at least one roo has to be slow on the comb game. Damn. That means I'm driving to the middle of no where next week to get more babies.

Anyone selling/shipping pullet Bantam chicks of any breed or color near Kansas by any slim chance? :/

I don't ship, but I'll be happy to hatch whatever you want from my stock. I have blacks, whites, Creles, and Lemon Blacks. May be able to hatch a blue Brassy or 2, lol. No hatchery birds on my place, although some of my favorite OEGBs have come from hatcheries.

I live in Northwest Arkansas, and have sold to folks from Kansas before.

Wow, i thought i had rotten luck, but i don't think my ratios were quite that bad.

I went 50/50 on Creles. My lemon Blacks were very pullet heavy. That's all I hatched this year.
