Show off your Peas!

It sure is hot outside

I just got done cutting 5 acers up by the main road we are putting up for sale and it took 2 days cause it was so thick I had to cut it two time, stirred up some wild life
and darn near died from the heat .
now that I am older

I am a woos when it come to getting hot.
 
My first ever peachick! It's hanging out with its foster brothers and sisters. We call him Mork, our foreign exchange student. We just hatched another pea last week, so Mork will have a friend when it's bigger.


 
finally, I have osme new pictures to share of the Peas I acquired last Fall. the first 2 of of Prince Rupert or more commonly know as Roopy-Roo. He's 1 yr. and 2 months, one of last year's babies of the breeding pair I got. You can see one of his sisters in the background of the second picture.






These next pics are of the father. This is the first time I've been able to have a camera with me when they are out and he is showing. One of the next big projects to get done before snow fly is their pen/aviary. It'll be 50' x 50' with a divide in the center so Roopie will have his own space and not be a challenge to his father or vice versa.
