Show off your Peas!

I'm horrible with names, I'd call her something stupid like scruffy girl, lol. Congrats on her, I'm sure she'll blossom into a beautiful hen under your care!

Thanks, she is quite pretty in person, but her feathers got a bit mussed during transport. I traded my Bronze Barred wing male for her. He was a nice bird, but considering the other Bronzes I have now he was kinda superfluous, I'll still get to visit him though and that is always nice. If she poops out any good ones (w/ parasites) I'll be sure to send pics!

Lucky. Colbolt only had solid green feathers when he was 2 years old. His first train was when he was and now he is 4 years old as well as Sage.

It has been about 4 weeks since getting our new additions. It was a pretty day here on Saturday so I let them outside for the first time since they arrived. It didn't take them long and they were off honking and found my Peahen. They won't leave her side! So funny to watch our big girl run from them. In just a few days she's allowing them to be with her but she still goes to get away at roosting time. The babes finally give up and roost in the large coop. Took some pics this morning.
