from my understanding to treat with safeguard its 1.2cc per bird orally and 2 1/3 tablespoon for one gallon of water....and when you use it with water the safeguard sinks to the bottom and settles..i don't think that its a accurate way to give it to the birds....seems like there is a lot of waste...I fed it to my birds in the water and went thru a lot of it in doing so...I think it would be more cost effective being used orally compared to water given....
Awesome pics! You referred to Patch as "pest", which I assumed really meant pet, but I've been seeing a little of the " pest" lol, said with affection. I told Joe the other day I'm enjoying them so much. One negative is we intended for them to free range over around my chickens, which are in a wooded area, but the peas prefer to hang around his game chicken pens, which are closer to the house. That's ok though because that way I get to watch & interact with them more lol.
Be glad they are hanging close right now they are homing in and once they feel comfortable you will be herding them back on your side of the fenceAwesome pics! I will try that I don't want to handle each bird...I have to many and I don't wanna add the stress to them

Use a natural wormer like pumpkin seeds or Garlic powder. You can put that in their feed and they will most likely eat it. Garlic has Sulfur which kills worms and if they are a year old then they don't need the really strong stuff just something to give them a break every now and then. I only worm in Spring and fall with Pumpkin seeds except Marshmallow I gave her Safeguard to be sure.
