So that's what he'll look like when he gets old enough to grow a train. Is it true it takes 4 to 5 years for a pure green to grow a train?

They grow a train the same way an India Blue does. They seem to color up a lot faster than an India Blue. Some say it can take them 4 to 5 years to mature - and I am not sure exactly about that. People might say that because they can be hard to breed so it seems like it takes them a while to mature. I think they mature the same, but I haven't had them to know.

Make sure you get a good look at them toes and beak never buy imperfect birds if you want to breed , IMO many things are hereditary

I'll have to post a pic tomorrow but all around his eye is swollen it's almost the same size as the head

I have treated it in five peacocks before with Tylan 200, you can still treat him!
