figured i would share....always wondered about washing incubating eggs...? now there is a solution...product called tek trol

you wash the eggs before you set them in the incubator and this stuff kills just about anything...even hiv, ai, mg, everything...hope this is helpful...
as a breeder myself now this is a must have for anyone setting eggs....

Breaks cycle of cross infection. Concentrated liquid form kills gram positive and negative micro-organisms
not an expert by any means but my guess is that it kills anything that is on the egg that could be soaked into the embryo

I have been washing my eggs with Dawn Dishwashing liquid. I worry about the ones I found under the roost that got poo covered though. Hopefully I was able to clean those up enough.
