Show off your Peas!

What do y’all think of this hen I bought her as peach
Looks Cameo to me, the head and neck should not be that dark and the body color is not reddish enough.

Here is a Peach BS hen, I will get you a pic today of a mature Peach hen.
 
Some of the babies from the purple pen this year (plus the one blue pied from before I separated the pens out because my birds think February is the start of laying season for some reason)... They're so stinking cute when they're little and sleepy.

Photographing Purple is unlike other Peafowl colors, the best way to bring out the color is to get the bird between you and the sun. On other colors put the sun behind your back or an overcast day works really well too.

Hnnnngh gosh I love purples so much. I arranged to buy my boy before actually seeing him and the guy selling him was reselling him from a friend of mine who told me he was blackshoulder pied and have me the seller's info. Alas, he meant pied split blackshoulder, which is still great, but that BS... It's perfect. Someday I will have it, too. Someday.
