Show off your Peas!

What does this mean? I can't understand your point here.

Thanks all, Little Yellow really is so cute and she has a really sweet personality, too (I'm quite smitten with her!).
Saying BS = Indian Blue Black Shoulder Peafowl
Saying Pied = Indian Blue Pied Peafowl

He's saying that because he didn't mention additional colors, he's talking about the Indian Blue varieties. That's what I'm getting from that.

Little Yellow is darling!!!

When some one says BS or Pied they are most likely just referring to IB BS or IB Pied. That what I refer to if I don't say an additional color then I'm referring to Blues. If they list a different color to it then they aren't talking about blue. I didn't say BS now did I?

Thanks, ARML, but I understood that much myself!!

I've got an IBBS girl right here that I always call BS!

Looks like I need to clarify:
1. Obviously, when peapeople here say BS they mean IBBS unless they specify otherwise.
2. My question was: to what are you referring when you say "I didn't say BS now did I?"

I meant I didn't say all BS hens did I? FBC was saying that not all BS peahens get brown around their neck and the FBC has photos of hens without brown necks and will post them to prove me wrong. Sorry for the confusion.

I have a coming 5 year old and a coming 2 year old Opal b/s hens that is completely white with the exception of having Opal in their tail feathers. If it's brite enough inside I will try to get pics of both of them but until you see their tails you would swear they are white peahens. That is not the case tho because this spring will be my first breeding pen of home raised 2 years old whites hatched from my black shoulder silver pied pen 2 years ago.And my recordkeeping-pen breeding -wingbanding is very thorough and correct.
