It is a sad day for me, i will be loosing my only neighbor,( My daughter,) we gave her a piece of property back in 2007 bought her a used Mobile home that she completely remodeled and she has sense became engaged and they purchased some more property we had up by the main road, it has finely sunk in when this got started, she will now be my distant neighbor, guess the peas will be able to cross the driveway next year

The place you see way in the back of the photo is where they are living right now.

I won't be able to go up there unless i drive , some of my dogs go every where with me and i have no fence to stop them, i have never even used that land even though we owned it for years sure wouldn't want them to think it is ok to go all the way over there, it was bought as an investment and it has paid off now.

I won't see her much , might see her once a week now and she lives across the driveway and we are both home but we both like our alone time, heck i can't even see her place across the driveway unless i go out in the pasture, i will feel kinda alone for the first time in years, but i will get over it real fast

i just gonna have to go threw the empty neighbor syndrome

unless one of my parents pass, then i will be moving one of them here, my daddy will be 80 this year and my mom is gonna be 76 but they are very active and pretty health considering their age, dad had to have a pace make put in a couple years ago. he passed out while driving his car from the store, thank god he was on his own street and was only going like 15 mile per hour cause it could have been real bad, mom is like me or i am like her with joint problems and she no longer drives well cause she just hates it like me , we have tried and tried to get them to sell their place and move out here but daddy is afraid it would be to far from the hospital cause they are like 2 streets over from it and we are like 12 miles, but mom wants to be out here.

Finally Colbolt is molting and really quick too. 48 hours and I got this many feathers haven't counted but I will when I'm done collecting.

Hi! I'm new to peafowl. Just got my first pair this week from KsKingBee. I've named them Pride (cock) and Prejudice (hen). Here's a pic of them. Pride is IB split to white or pied and Prejudice is IB. I'm super excited about having peafowl.
My pics aren't anything extra but I thought I'd share them anyway.
