In these pics he does look a lot greener than the young IB, so he might just be a low % spalding after all, always easier when you have something to compare them to.

So me and Minx was right then LOL, he looks green in many pictures that what makes me believe its low percentage Spalding.
 
I can't see any dark feathers on his shoulders, so I would say he is probably not split BS, those black wing feathers between the reddish brown ones and the striped ones are found on pure IB, they are normal.

I probably didn't explain what I meant very well. Here is a pic of Mr. 'M'. I think that he is split to BS?

 
Well score one for me! lol Whatever he is, I'm glad he's out of the shelter and in my home. I really like him. Thanks for all the info everyone. I can't wait to catch a glimpse of him displaying.

This one looks split to BS, the other doesn't, at least to me. I could see no darker feathers on the other birds shoulders.

Yes, after seeing him in a picture with another obviously IB I would say you were both right and I was wrong.
