open banded just means whatever breeder bred it was to cheap to buy closed as opens cheaper lol where did you buy it from and what color is the bandHey everybody! Been a while since I've posted here. I'm trying to figure out my little Sunset's (budgie) leg band and I can't make heads or tails of it...any help would be appreciated. It is an open metal band with the # IP21162. Open band means imported right? I am quite certain she was not raised by hand. We bought her from what may or may not have been a sketchy pet store.
She's a very weird bird, but I think she's adorable!
