Holy moly. Are these consecutive meals you've been posting or some photos you have archived for just the right time? I'm jealous.

Chili size, no onions, and a glass of milk.
I spent some of my day looking at recipes for the contest. I think there's a trip to Goodwill in the near future for some cute plates.

I am running behind big time! I have so many projects going down daddio!
Last night was just get something in the belly night. Running ragged.

Pulled out the trusty hot pocket maker. What am I going to do with the Ham for 18 when there is just 2 of us? Post ham pixx for 5 days!

Took the slices & diced them w/pizza cutter for quick time.

I like to pre toast the bread so it is not soggy in the final product.

Zap the ham for a micro-wave 1/2 min.Spoon it on the toast.

If you have never had Thousand Island Dressing on Ham.. Add it to your bucket list.

Ham sandwich without Cheddar Cheese is like shoes without socks!

Squish it, seal it, heat it, press it. Clamp it and go check the tiny chick brooder.

Don't forget your arteries need a fix! French Fried Potaters!

Like I said.. Speed Feed. Lunch for Supper. Sometimes you just have too.
Blackened Whole Bird cut up in the oven right now.. Mystery pie for desert.. Stay tuned..

Contest Reminder.. Even though you have from January 15th to February 15th to post, The sooner the better because the judging is done by the LIKE SYSTEM. The sooner you post would most likely generate the most exposure and positive feedback from BYC Members that just happen to stumble upon your post and never come back. This takes the burden off of me judging my friends hard work as well as having 1, 2 or 3 people deciding who will receive a package from the Big Brown Truck!
My job is to keep the "basic simple rules"

• 6 photos/3 prep-3 presentation.
• Chicken prop within at least 1 photo.
• ONLY 2 entries per Membership I.D.

The rest is up to the super awesome peeps that make this website thrive.
PLEASE don't post until after midnight of Jan. 14th EST. It may jeopardize your score with ONE TIME VISITORS.. You will be asked to delete and re post after scores of folks came and left without coming back.
I am on pins & needles! This is going to be a blast!
