Roasted some poblanos for our dinner tonight. I think these are my favorite pepper to cook with. They have great flavor and my husband doesn't complain about the heat.

Tonight was S.O.S. but different.
Re-heated the balance & wrapped it up in flour Tortillas.. pepper jack kheeze and red onion dices.

Fill up a Injection Syringe with Sour Cream to evenly distribute the cream evenly. You can also seal the end and store the balance in the injector for near future usage. ;)View attachment 1544060View attachment 1544061

Been bizzy out on the Farm the Last couple of days. Trying to liquidate stock. I'm still looking Fwd to everybody's Yum though. Thanks everybody for sharing your hard work!

I did that already, just have to put the pork loin in the oven. I like to get my work done early and possibly have a nap in the afternoon on my days off.
What's a day off?!?! Lol I'm a stay home mom.... I'm anyways working/cooking. Lol i think in going to do so some fish fillets abd assorted veggies. I was having pb cookies at 630 this morning so my oldest could have snacks this week for school. Lol
