Chicken fried steak, gravy and green beans with water for me tonight, hubs also had potatoes and milk. Something we don't normally eat, I'm not big on fried foods but it sounded good.

Thanks NFC. It was actually really tender. I think I'll up some of the spices in the flour mixture next time for a bit more flavor.

Farm Raised White Tilapia Fish marinated in lemon juice and white wine.

"NUTTY FLAVOR"= Soaked Hickory Nuts added for smokey flavor.

While Alpha Male is doing his thing outdoors-

CHOP-SLICE-CHOP-SLICE in the comforts of the great indoors.
