I'm using our leftover chili to top baked potatoes for dinner tonight. With cheese, sour cream and maybe if I get real energetic, might have to cook up a couple slices of bacon to crumble over the whole lovely mess.

Seriously though, even though, this is my third reply to your post.. I would like to do this along side of my DAWGS, but we only have small sized potatoes.
Maybe if a Diced them, blanched them, then baked them with Chili & cheese @ half baked? That would serve as a complementing side to dah Dawgs.
Hubby wanted BB O-Rings again. We should flip a coin?

You small potatoes answer would work fine. Do the potatoes AND the o-rings!
