Looks great! I LOVE mushrooms!

Chicken noodle soup here tonight.. Charity (dd3) got up with a sore throat and requested soup for dinner..
Getting it goin now..

The only beef in this soup is the beef broth, the rest is mushrooms, barley, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, seasonings. One of our favorites for a cold winter night!
