Ok.. this is the kitchen area. The floors aren't finished yet so they look awful. But if they ever get finished the different colors in the stones will show through. They have to be coated with poly or something of that nature at some point..
And yes.. there are all sorts of little trasures in the groves between the rocks..

Next time I do a scrubing I'll get pics. They are very pretty when wet, sealing them with poly or such will keep them looking wet but still be dry. As it is, once they dry, they look gray, and without a coat of something to seal them, they collect dust and dirt like a magnet.
