Soft boiled egg and toast for breakfast with coffee to drink.

I think I'm the only person I know without an insta pot. I did cut them extremely thin & so they cooked a little quicker than I thought they would. It was 8:30 by the time I got the food on the table, which is normal in the summer, but not when it gets dark so early. They were excellent by the way! Thanks a million for bringing them back into my food rotation... Next up NFC's ranch.

I don't have an instapot either!!!. I have a scalloped potato recipe with ground sausage. It's my go to for easy dinner. It takes about an hour, but I slice the potatoes really thin to shorten the time.

I thought I wanted an instapot so DH gave me one for Christmas 2017. I've used it once and DH has used it a few times but it's mostly sitting in a little-used cupboard.
