SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

Last night's supper. Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Vegetables with Bulgur and Humus Sauce. (just humus loosened up with a little hot water)

Cut up/shred the potatoes and soak in cold water for a few hours. Drain them. Hashbrowns squeeze the water out of them. Which ever one put on clean dishtowel or paper towels, just want to dry them a bit. Hashbrowns ready to cook and serve. French fries are fried once with the oil at 300 drained, put on more paper towels, the fried again at 375.
Waffle House blanches their World Famous hash browns 24 hours prior to serving them.
 
So not the best photos-
The one is like a Kung Pao flavor - supposed to be in a lettuce wraps, but was served with a bit of brown rice made in the instant pot.
Tonight's dinner was spaghetti squash with sweet italian turkey sausage and sauce. Oh and I had already started eating it before I remembered the pic. :D
Not pictured chocolate chip cookie bars. Ha. Forgot pics and they are gone...
