Catching up.
Today's lunch chicken and rice soup with kale to go with our possible 12" of snow totals.
A chicken stir fry.
And taco salad. Not pictured my lime fiesta chips.

What was in it?

Thin sliced beef marinated in oyster sauce, low sodium beef bouillon, green onions, a hard boiled egg, ramen she threw in a little broccoli slaw. Her egg was either soft boiled or fried but since I had to reheat hard boiled was better. Topped with sambal oelek...I LOVE that stuff. Just chili sauce but good!

Hot meals on cold days really hit the spot, don't they. Looks like it did..yum.
