I pressure cooked a beef cross rib roast and shredded it. Inside is shredded beef, cheese and refried beans. I topped it with chili no beans, cheese, onions, guacamole and sour cream. Moo juice to drink.

This was dinner. Pasta with meatballs. Sprinkled with Parmesan. The bread is a version of garlic toast I made on a skillet. Grass with Southwest dressing. Tea, is three ginger. First time having it. Pretty good.
