I dunno yet but I need to make the ranch dressing too. The quail were an unexpected surprise this morning and my mojo is off. I might just season it well and pressure cook it. Anything more complicated might burn

I just had a foodgasm!
In the mood for Walnut Chicken, I added lettuce, a little tomato for flavor, but not enough to add a lot of acid. Sharp cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Whooooooah!

This is what I had for dinner.
Not sure what to call this. Vegetarian tacos??? Or just tacos without meat (since I did not have any on hand)
Contents: White corn tortillas, Fat-free refried beans, Rice, Mild Chunky Salsa, Shredded cheese, Grass, and Jalapeños.

For dessert, had one of these Corn Rolls. These are the imitation Tamales, but different (brand) than those I had previously. Like these better

I had a burger from Carl's and a glass of milk. Not in the mood to cook, clean or do a thing. So chicken salad tonight. With garlic bread.
