I’m not sure if we will try it tonight, but I ordered an Alfredo vegetable lasagna from my frozen food dealer.

I really think Duckling will be okay trying it, but it isn’t a “I don’t like that!” before she tries it night. If she argues, I’ll serve her a bowl of peas, her only true “I don’t like that!!” vegetable. I ain’t playing!

I was asked to bake hers first. I still don’t know why. I’m sharing the building picture because she’s proud of her pepperoni flower.

She requested sourdough, and the cast iron. Olive oil, garlic and Parmesan on the crust, I added more cheese when she left the room. I then brushed the crust with more oil, and sprinkled it with kosher salt.

When I was her age, I probably didn't even know what sourdough or cast iron was. She's something else

These are vegetarian tostadas. Refried bean base, grass, and sliced,as well as shredded cheese.
