Got another doubke yolker. The second in 2 months from my isa browns. Not sure who laid it though. In comparison it is 101 g (3.3 oz) to the normal egg at 70 g.

Just wanted to share these. Not many peeps eat buckwheat. (or like it).
3 out of 4 of my offspring do not eat it. One will. DW,,,,, so so, or maybe better. I like it mucho. If cooked plain like rice, I agree it does not have all that much desired flavor. I cook it seasoned. So does DW, but uses different combo. Like to have a good helping topped with a variety of things. Topped with some butter makes a good side dish. Topped with some stew meat makes it a meal. :drool
this one is topped with chunky soup (beef vegetable)
Yes,,, from a can. Buckwheat is the Roasted kind. Not plain blond.:gig

Tomato dusted with some black pepper and a dash of salt. Connie, note that my portions are downsized. Trying to avoid running from that

Toasted rye bread with sour cream, sprinkled with some parsley. Sliced tomato dusted with pepper and a hint of salt. Woody to keep me company. And the flower behind,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, just wanted to make picture nice.:)
Enjoyed it with a glass of cold milk.
That buffalo must have been grazing in a field of HOT PEPPERS, before he was processed.
