Hubs made dinner tonight. Threw frozen beef tamales in the microwave, made some Mexican rice from a box, and grated some cheese for the beans

It's at the top of my list too. I miss the taco shops near downtown Phoenix. When I had to commute to work we'd go get street tacos. There's also a hole in the wall place in the back of a liquor store that has the best beans, and enchilada style burritos

That's all I miss about commuting though

Carrots/peas/sliced potatoes/celery/white onion/kale/seasoning/rue. Served on long grain white rice.

I was starving and biscuit photos were not taking. Try smelling this all day and not forget biscuit pics..
Crock pots rule the Hot Dish scene daddio.
