I have been working on not cooking for a crowd. We are down to three and if there is a friend of the DDs home, then we have 4 for dinner.

I use my dishwasher every day usually.

Small & medium loads aids SUPER_CLEANESSS!

I scooped them with my cookie scoop so they are bite size

I love the taste that browning in cast iron gives food!

I’m considering a countertop model.

You can never have enough countertop space.... no such thing.. dishwasher maybe big..

I don't dirty any more pans & dishes than I absolutely have to!
