Made a chocolate mayonnaise cake today with homemade cream cheese frosting.

Had some leftover filling from making ravioli today so I cooked some wide egg noodles and mixed it all up with some Rotel, topped with mozzarella and baked half an hour. I'm going to see how it tastes when it cools a bit.

Added chopped mushrooms, garlic, sweet Italian sausage and some basil to a jar of spaghetti sauce. Made homemade ravioli, meh The sauce was good, but the cake was better I used a scant cup of sugar in the frosting because this cake doesn't need it.
