I used to do them in the air fryer, but I used it daily so it died after a year. I use taco seasoning on a lot of stuff like corn on the cob, potatoes, rice, and veggies. I usually don't add salt to it, but I follow the recipe.

I use all from scratch seasoning. No salt that way or I can add salt to my liking. Those premixed seasonings are always so salty.

DH has a problem with MSG sensitivity so I always have to check everything store-bought. It would be nice to have one I could make myself, wouldn't have to worry about the ingredients then.

That's why I make my own seasonings because we don't like the added salt and other stuff that's added into it.

DH doesn't really like the seasoning from the shelves because he says that they're too salty. Once we started eating cleaner, we stopped using so much salt

Blood pressure isn’t an issue, but I too like adding only the salt I want.
They always say that you should cook your recipes without salt and add it at the end.

I learned it off some cooking show and we have been doing it that way since.
