I'm making a pork chops over rice tonight for the fam with some red potatoes.

I'm not sure how I'm going to cook the red potatoes yet, but I'm going to be having red potatoes, rice, and cauliflower for dinner.

Okay I changed my dinner... I made myself sweet potato vegan Mac and cheez and I'll have roasted red potatoes with it.

Chipotle bacon rubbed pork chops, brown rice, and roasted red potatoes for the fam

Mrs dash chicken seasoning, chili powder, and smoke paprika. I tossed them in coconut oil before I seasoning them
