Looks great. Pileterris Greek seasoning leaves a LOT to be desired. Zero flavor

Oh no! I hate when I use a seasoning that I'm unhappy about at serving time! Any time to make a quick sauce to serve with the chicken?

I had bbq sauce, the kids had ranch...weirdos. I'll debone the rest of it tomorrow and use it in a pot pie or something later.

Good ideas! I would have used salsa. I love salsa on chicken.

If I had some fresh and homemade that would have been good. I'm not big on from salsa from a jar, I find most of them too salty.

For lunch,,, a bowl of pickle soup. Home-made seasoned croutons.

DD brought this container of collard greens she made. It has other ingredients besides the collard. Had it with dinner as a side.

Never heard of pickle soup, but generally cannot get enough dill. Last night I was making salmon, seasoned with dill. It's our favorite way to make it. This time, I also marinaded it in dill pickle juice for 20 minutes before cooking. It was really good!

The Son and I love dill BF is more of a sweet pickle type but will eat dill I use dill seasoning allot
