These were from Walmart how do you plant them?

Cut them into chunks with each having an eye or two and let dry a few days, then plant. If you use one of your bags you just top with a little soil and as the greens grow up you add more soil. Pretty easy!

I had to check to see if this was the right thread! Not only am I not used to it actually moving anymore, but I have not seen Caveman during the day in forever! I am used to him staying in his cave.
I don’t especially like potatoes, so I have not bought them in several years. Ironically, I bought them for a recipe that requires hamburger, and no one has hamburger. I suppose I could plant some potatoes when these start looking at me (get eyes), and can them.
BTW, canned potatoes don’t have to be mushy. The bigger the chunks (especially if it’s a whole potato), the less mushy. I was able to make hash browns from the ones I canned six years ago.

Sure is okay menu is set Tri tip, fried baby potato usually with butter, dill and garlic..
Beets will round it out
