I have ACV, white vinegar, white wine vinegar. And balsamic. Most I don’t use

I have two memories of making potato salad. My first time my m-i-l was there, and brought mustard. Her son WOULD NOT LET ME HAVE IT IN THE HOUSE! I couldn’t have anything he didn’t like. To be honest, I still struggle. Anyway!
He came at me for putting mustard (oops, I forgot the onion in mine) in the salad. She tore him up for being such an idiot.
My second memory is that I was given the job of making potato salad whenever my husband’s great-aunt was eating it. I cut the potatoes small enough for her. She made a big deal out of it each time too!
