6 eggs (about 4 duck, 100 bantam)
2 C milk
2 t cinnamon
1.5 T sugar
1.5 T vanilla flavored vodka (vanilla extract) to drink or add. I drink it.
14 C stale bread cut into cubes (1/2 inch fits best) Discard the green stuff. You aren’t making penicillin!

Preheat oven to 350° F (or Celsius. It’s your house!)
Drink the vodka, and send your spouse to buy more.

Mix up your batter, and dump in the bread cubes. Fold in until the bread is coated. Drink more while the bread finishes soaking up the egg mixture.

Grease your muffin tin. Get something else to drink.

Divide the cubes into the cups, pressing slightly.

Bake 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool five minutes before removing from the pan.

My 10yr old experimented making a Tres Leches cake last night. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm a little confused... If you put whole milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, & heavy whipping cream in it, doesn't that make it a Quatro Leches cake???

I have seen it made before. No evaporated milk. Though wouldn’t evaporated milk just be more whole milk?
