Ever had salchipapas? Well this is probably not it, but that is where I got the idea for this- french fries topped with onions, sweet pepper, hotdogs, mushrooms, garlic seasoning and adoba seasoning sprinkled with cheese: View attachment 1395801

Penny and I can both say we’ve never had it.
I have had fries loaded with a lot of things though.

I think chili needs to have meat in it. It can have beans or not depending on where you are from. Otherwise it is spicy beans!

What kind of meat are you using?

I use tofu... Does that count?

Cat. It’s a little stringy, but very nutritious!

You guys are all laughing at me. If only you knew that I was being serious! Between cat meat and dog meat, dog is less stringy, but there’s more protein in cat.

I’m making chili in the crockpot. If you can call it that. It’s: kidney beans, canned crushed and canned peeled tomatoes, onion, chill powder and a special kind of hot sauce.

& Don't forget the coffee
