DW made Taco Type dinner yesterday. For legal disclosure the following facts are true to the BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE.
All my cats are accounted for,
All my dogzzzzz are accounted for,,,,,
All my chickens are accounted for,,,,,
Have not made a Mad Dash for the Grocery Meat Department,,,,,
This one is on Mini Burrito flour tortillas. Before I dusted with Shredded Cheese.

These are White corn tortillas.

Here is what these contain;
Base layer made from Chili beans, Fat free Refried beans, Corn, Diced can tomatoes, and can of mushrooms. All heated on stovetop and mixed together. I would have preferred hominy to the whole corn, but did not have any.
Topped with Grass, (lettuce salad mix), Diced fresh tomatoes, Medium Salsa, Dab of Sour cream, Sprinkled with Mexican 3 Cheese Shredded.

@MrsMistyReal No meat just like your fav.
@BullChick If you are on the fence between Morris and Fido, spare them both.
@room onthebroom Tofu would give the base more body,bulk
@penny1960 You would skip the mushrooms,, I know
Ate what is pictured, and then made some Quesadillas with the tortillas and Mexican cheese laying around that was tempting me...

For some reason when you mentioned you were getting a stone,(for BBQ grill) I thought you were getting one of these.

The one I have is made out of cordite and has an air space inside to even out the heat.

For the second loaf, I put cornmeal on the stone--Kept the bottom from getting as dark
