Dinner is tuna sandwiches, chips and/or fresh baby carrots with ranch, applesauce or yogurt if desired. Made a Jello cake for dessert. I have whipped cream and sliced fresh strawberries for the top. Not from scratch, but it's a busy day.

Dinner was simple... Mashed potatoes with mushroom grrrravy. Sauerkraut with smoked sausage. Grass with Southwest dressing.

Hello all. Have been a little too busy with the grandchild's probs and dealing with health issues with livestock from all the rain being dumped on us. I'll try to get back on here a little more often. It's just been chaotic lately.
