Been there done that. No need to wash cups

it is awful hot have air conditioners cranking out cool ceiling fan high speed fans in all my coops big one is like cooking will have roasted chickens before it cools

DON'T MOVE TO FLORIDA! lol. All winter long folks make fun about us when we say it's cold.. and tell me- "you're in Fl, you don't know what cold is". But in the summer I hear my friends up there talking about how hot it is.
Our heat index has been 107 consistently. Humidity has been staying 100%. The air is hot steaming water that soaks you in the first 10 mins you go outside. The shade is nothing.
A lot of the retired folks who move to Florida leave their cars running in parking lots with the air condition blasting so they won't die from coming out from the store to their cars.
Hub & I are almost the only ones who drive with our windows down.
Being slap dab in the middle of the state deprives us of the sea breeze. And we are the lightning capital of the world I hear constantly from weather guys quoting.
Don't worry, Winter is around the corner..

My Youngest DD is making broccoli soup and fried onions and garlic for it! The aroma of the pie is masked for sure...now to hide it!

This sounds a little insane, but I seriously considered purchasing a gun safe to conserve certain foods, at least until our house returns back to low population.

I first thought it was @cavemanrich 's dish. They have a similar pattern.

I made homemade tortillas last night. They get better and better ever time I make them. Practice makes perfect. The I posted the recipe over on Debby's 'Bakers thread"..
I post supper picks next. Pouring down rain. Not getting much done. I have to wake up at 5 anymore and beat the participation. Our rice farm is coming around just swell.

When our kids were growing up, we camped and fished constantly. Nothing better than fish cooked 10 minutes after you catch it. Fond memories.
