SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

Here's our bruchetta zucchini we grilled on Sunday. It's topped with garden fresh garlic, herbs, mozzerella cheese.

We had lamb too, but this was much yummier, and with so many good fresh vegetables and herbs, meat seems unnecessary.

My husband will kill me but I'm going to tell this anyway.

He makes himself a grilled cheese by toasting the bread, putting a couple slices of cheese on, then wraps the sandwich in a damp paper towel and nukes it. It's disgusting and he was trying to feed me that for dinner!

I'm making tonights dinner this morning
I would fling something like that in the trash! Yuk!

A lot of people don't believe it gets cold in FL in the winter
Last winter we had 5 days in a row of 21*. And rain with it. I am from Ohio. I have snow blood. When I visit there in the winter, the air isn't wet- even though it has snow falling. Not a damp cold.
Actually, I started off in FL down in the Keys.
The Keys has the sea breeze. DH is from Miami. When we visit kin, it is a whole different Fl. When his sister visits us, in the summer she is dying from our wet heat and in the winter she is wrapped in layers:gig
So what I'm trying to say is, the people of the Northern U.S. think all of Florida is like South Fl. Debby, your last home was about 35-ish miles from us North Central Fl. Zero sea breeze and lots of freeze.
They get snow, we get black ice.
