Coconut curry chicken for dinner tonight. Served on jasmine rice. I had some broccoli slaw and no potatoes so used that. Didn't have an onion either so used some powder. This is the best batch so far, finally got the right mix of coconut milk to coconut cream.

Oh my gosh I remember that 1970 what .. James and I got to try to make corn dogs
We use all beef from Costco I hate chicken/pork dogs slimy had to have them as a kid will not now.. all in all turned out pretty good thumbs up from all of us James had the great idea feed the yucky cornbread bake it for the chickens .. sorry the photo is so distant on the actual corn dogs.. We did learn to wash the dogs dry them the batter stuck better

Corn dogs are very tasty!

Practice makes purpose and you get to eat corn dogs!

it was great fun the kid and I have a heck of good time just joking around
while we test these things got better next time as BF said we will have a better idea
