It does look worth the time to make...and then eat!Last night was homemade eggplant parm. It took FOREVER, but was super YUM! That’s what I’ll be having for lunch today too. (Those scraggly noodles stuck to the back of the dish are driving me to distraction.I guess I was too tired & hungry to notice them when I took the pic.)
