SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

Thanks! Yes that's cilantro ... I'm its biggest fan! :love I love hot too! That habanero is nice & hot but has a lot of flavor. My favorite is Melindas hot sauce, but these days its pretty hard to find out here for a decent price. Not that it matters, but I think its butter lettuce. Its usually that or romaine that's in the fridge (sometimes leaf lettuce.)
cilantro has been described as Mexican Parsley. I have grown it some what often... It has a taste that no other herb can duplicate...

Crock pot breakfasts are great on those days you just don't want to get moving; let it sit over night on low and voila! . It's also great when you have to fill up those "big guys". ( dbf is 6'7,280 lbs and thus gets the job done)
It smells like a Mexican restaurant at our place...
I used 6 eggs, can of Tostitos queso (white), then filled can with milk and poured in ,1 smoked kielbasa, 1 .68 lb of pico, 2 large potatoes , + shredded cheese to taste. (+ a bit of butter).

I am scared to show off my crock pots... 6 of them... I use them as a short cut to wow my belly and taste buds. Having 6 of them gives me time to mustard up energy to scrub the last two used ones that were in the fridge. What a great invention... slow cooker.. impossible to burn... h2o and go...
You photo was beautiful... my belly growled from the message sent from my eyes! lol.

Notice the fancy utensil lol
Who doesn't cook with a fork? Your bulk meal inspired me... AWESOME...

*Thank goodness * I discovered the crock pot as busy we've been! (That's also where that no burning part comes in handy. )
That's a great idea , to have copious pots, we only have the two.

Reduction in moisture is so simple by leaving the lid off without having to make a flour/butter roux thickener. God bless Ronco..

No bull...probably pork. I have not mastered crock pottery for real. I'm a mean baker...but crock pots, nope. I say...what a crock!:lau
pork can't be slow cooked. red meat/chicken yes. call me.. I can maybe stir you back on the crock pot map from uncharted waters. Or is it too late?
