SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

I have made a couple of meals...but need to post them. :th

I made roasted pork chops the other night. They're topped and bottomed with a light sprinkling of pepper and salt.

When done, the chops were paired with a dollop of apple sauce. Accompanying the chops was a baked potato with a dab of margarine and sour cream, and a healthy helping of green peas.

Cornbread Casserole, recipe was on a morning news show
1 can each whole kernel and cream style corn, drain the whole kernel
1 stick butter
8oz sour cream
1 box jiffy corn bread mix
I also add a can of rotel, press the lid hard when draining to get out liquid

Bring the butter and sour cream to room temp, then whisk together. Add bith cans corn and the rotel and mix. Add in the jiffy and stir til just combined. Bake 350* about an hour. Keep an eye on it the last ten minutes.

Roasted bacon wrapped asparagus. I don't add any extra oil or salt, just a little pepper. 400* about 15 minutes then under the broiler the last 5 minutes.

BBQ chicken thighs. This is for several meals. Left side has a sauce my husband likes, right side just has salt and pepper. He used hickory wood chunks this time.

Delicious and not at all healthy.
