Hey there to @Farmer Connie mid if I drop in ... We buy all our meat at Costco big box place here have to admit they have the best meat tonight burger dips of hamburger and jimmy dean sausage some home fried potatoes with little carrots

Region/geographical.. Costco is unheard of here.. At least in our tiny town.

My nieces boyfriend has worked for them almost 20 years, she was sent there working for gsa.. he had himself transferred to one of the stores there to chase after the girl, then came back out here for her to study medicine will be a Dr. by spring no debt thanks to Costco

Lazy late dinner last night.. Time was out of our control.
So i nice and oily mostly quick dinner.. We ate late.
Almost done with the busy stuff outside thank goodness.
Last night, we greased up our arteries..

Tonight will be a tad bit healthier.. lol.

Got some beans on and the hamhocks waiting. Going to make some salad dressing next. I'm thinking about trying a honey mustard using fire cider, found the recipe online. Might make some garlic bread too. More pics later...
