My first posting of food items. Note... DW made all of these. and myself with rest of family ate ALL of these.
Christmas Eve. It is traditional for us to make meal with no meat. Fish is excluded as meat.
A WHITE CHRISTMAS for us. Most peeps north of my latitude got same snow. For those south of us, varying amounts to none. When grandson woke up and saw snow,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, he said..."It's a Christmas Miracle" from excitement.

We start of with breaking bread. We each take a piece of this wafer and turn to one another and share wishes and blessings. Wafer is same as Catholic Mass Communion Host.

Beef Tenderloin, twice baked potatoes, and asparagus with hollandaise sauce.
Desserts were creme brûlée and hot chocolate bread pudding. My torch thingy wouldn't light so I had to use the broiler for the creme brûlée, might have left it in a tad too long, but I ate it anyways. lol

12 people enjoyed that feast, and also returned for next day's Christmas Dinner which featured Turkey and Ham. We exchange gifts on Christmas Day.Wow, lots of yum there. How many people got to enjoy the feast?
